Michael and Alex’s proposal weekend was all about celebrating their love in a way that felt true to them. Set along the Pacific Coast at the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel, the experience blended romance, culture, and meaningful details that honored both their shared values and Alex’s Haitian heritage.

Alex planned the entire weekend, filling it with thoughtful touches; from personalized details in their suite to a dinner with ocean views. The proposal took place at sunset, where a long aisle of yellow florals by Avec Amour LA, created a warm, joyful setting overlooking the water. Surrounded by roses, candlelight, and the sound of the waves, Alex asked Michael to spend forever with him.

Afterward, the celebration continued with dinner at Raya, followed by one last surprise back in their suite. A candlelit balcony, champagne, dessert, and a framed love note made for an intimate and memorable ending to the weekend.
