New Disney Parks Designer Collection Celebrates Legendary Mouse Duo

These designer collabs take the iconic headwear to new heights with a fun and fresh take. Vera Wang, The Blonds, Betsey Johnson, Cupcakes and Cashmere and COACH are just a few high fashion staples that tapped into their inner Disney imagineer to create these unforgettable accessories. Other designers in the collection include HARVEYS, ALEX AND ANI, Loungefly and Star Wars actress Ashley Eckstein for Her Universe.

Moreover, artists from around the world will also expand upon the stories that we all know and love in a unique and innovative way, which include designs from artists featured in the WonderGround Art Galleries, such as NOAH, SHAG, Jerrod Maruyama and Dave Perillo.

Who else is on this exclusive lineup? Nonother than legendary supermodel, television host and entrepreneur Heidi Klum, who created a dazzling pair of ears that are set to release this fall and will capture every glitter girl’s heart. And in early 2020, another stunning ear headband will hit shelves from American supermodel and entrepreneur Karlie Kloss.

Here’s a sneak peek at what some of the early designers have in store for brides and diehard Disney fans alike:

HARVEYS

Patriotic brides and lovers of vintage will adore this red, white and blue headband from HARVEYS. With stars decorating each ear and Mickey and Minnie sashaying on the bow, you’ll be the belle at every Fourth of July barbeque or military ball.

Vera Wang

“As a lifelong lover of Disney, and the joy and happiness, not to mention fantasy Disney has inspired in all of us–I am both thrilled and honored to have partnered with them to create the Vera Wang Disneywedding veil with the iconic mouse ears so symbolic of their global brand,” said New York designer, Vera Wang.

“The hand-sewn crystal and pearl embroidery, together with the same silk and tulle fabrics that we use in our wedding gowns, bring a sense of authenticity and beauty to this signature headpiece. To brides and collectors alike, this is a special item to treasure and celebrate!”

Betsy Johnson

When it comes to her ear headband, Betsy did what Betsy does best–pink! Not only does this headband feature a vibrant statement hue, but it also serves up a chic tulle-like poof and Minnie’s signature polka dot bow.

Heidi Klum

“Bedazzling the most famous ears in the world is like a dream come true for me. I am still pinching myself,” said Heidi Klum. “To all Mickey and Minnie fans – I hope you love wearing them as much as I do.”

COACH

Dial up your attire with a genuine leather ear headband with floral appliques from COACH. This design is made to show off your low-key and sophisticated fashionista side with its black base and pops of color.

We can’t wait to see who the other collaborators will be in the coming months. Though, if we’re also being really honest, we’re crossing our fingers that a designer or celebrity of color will be revealed soon. It’d be amazing if we could get some shine, too.

Ear hats and headbands from the Disney Parks Designer Collection will range anywhere from $58 to $600, and will be available at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, Disneyland Resort in California, and of course, online at shopDisney.com/Disney-Parks-Designer-Collection.

The very first drop will be HARVEYS on May 24, 2019. And yes, you read that right, the same release day as Aladdin. So, snag your ears and get yourself to the nearest theater because there’s no better way to watch a Disney movie than with Disney swag!
