Traditionally wedding gowns are white, fairly conservative and come in various select styles. But why not be totally different in a beautiful emerald green gown or something super sheer that shows off all your hard work in the gym! Who says you have to follow any rules on your big day? Go short and printed with peeks of skin for a beautiful garden wedding or rock something long and flowy for a sunset beach  soiree.

If the overall avant-garde wedding gown is not for you, you can mix traditional things such as the color white with non-traditional things such as heavy prints and peeks of skin to still have edge and maintain a bridal look. Another way to incorporate edgy into your bridal style is to pick a dress in a bold color or print with a classic bridal shape. What do you say completely different, or tradition with a twist?
