EVENTS with Shelley, a South Carolina-based event planning and coordination company teamed up with a handful of especially talented vendors to bring this feminine and ethereal styled shoot to life. To show just how much teamwork makes the dream work, here is what Kimberly Michelle had to say about creating this beautiful shoot alongside EVENTS with Shelley:
“Inspired by sunshine and the hosted amenities, this intimate brunch was grown among the venue and vine. Natural architectural elements, such as the stucco walls and cement grounds provided a subtle, modern touch to a classic alfresco garden reception among the couple’s closest.”

Color combinations: Earthy gem tones lighted by soft yellows and vines of green.
Favorite detail: Partnering elements of high design with nature’s own. The stage setting was an outdoor garden patch with a cherished oriental rug. Simple and stunning.

Terra Cotta pottery featuring local garden-picked floral arrangements along with scavenged textural greenery.

The place settings were composed with buttery yellow chinaware, antique cutlery and Aztec patterned, bright linen napkins.

Focusing on the smaller bites that display themselves beautifully while guests are supposed to await dessert service included a small chocolate cakelette with piped mousse dressed in crunchy walnuts, a personal pie pastry adorned with dried petals and filled with a varietal of sweet, decadent filling.
