All That Shines Events, a Maryland-based event management and design company, teamed up with a group of talented vendors from Gaithersburg to bring this cinematic wedding styled shoot to life at the I do I do bridal showroom. “The source of inspiration for our styled shoot emanates from the romantic and humorous nature and sensation attached to the 1999 American movie, “Runaway Bride.” The idea behind the adoption of this styled shoot by the designers was to come up with something that is romantically entertaining and unusual for this wedding season. The bride’s letter to the groom creates a calm atmosphere with the hope of a happily ever after. The gorgeous outlook of the bride in the beautiful wedding gown, the exceptional and uncommon jewelry, and the cool floral colors that perfectly fits the nature of the wedding season.”

Centerpiece Description:

Our centerpiece was composed of Red Charm Peony, Kahala Roses, Blush, Ivory, and Dark Purple Ranunculus. The bouquet is a representation of the season with rich jewel tones. It’s designed in a way that gives movement and has interesting textures. It also has depth, character, and dimension, which depicts all the qualities a runaway bride may have.

Makeup:

The style for the makeup was natural glam with a hint of shimmer. the skin was dewy and fresh with a natural flush on the cheeks. The eyes featured soft shimmer with a hint of smokiness. Lashes added subtle drama and a plum lipstick completed the look.

We had a gray, vintage-accented charm upholstered armchair with rhinestones, along with a vintage accent glass end-table with a vintage centerpiece stand that held our beautiful themed flowers inside. There was an antique pair of doves on the stand top of the end-table. Vintage red candles on the gold long candle stand on the floor along with beautiful floral pieces systematically placed, as well as a vintage floral notebook and pen.
