My fiancé's family is from Loíza, Puerto Rico. We decided it would be fitting to not only get married in Puerto Rico but also honeymoon there. He spent part of his childhood in Loíza and hasn't been back in 15 years. We both felt it would be an ideal way to honor his past while celebrating his future. Since we met, we've talked about visiting together. I am looking forward to seeing his homeland through his eyes. Our outdoor ceremony will be at the Castillo San Felipe del Morro, which is a 16th century citadel on the water. Because of the tropical climate I want to have a hairstyle that will hold up to the humidity as well as the sun and wind. I am natural, which I love, but I find my hair can be unpredictable. When it is flat ironed it doesn't always last once my scalp begins to perspire, which more than likely will happen in Puerto Rico. I want my hair to look consistent from the start of our wedding day until the late evening. The Bounce Organic Curl line by Indique is perfect for my natural curls.
