Myles and Rhevan met while they were both Account Managers at UPS. Rhevan introduced Myles and the new hires to “First Fridays,” an event in San Antonio featuring live music, bonfires, and food. Myles ended up being the only one to attend, joking later that Rhevan had set him up.
After moving to Dallas, they returned for their 4-year celebration. Myles rented a condo, and while they were out for lunch, the owner decorated the space. To Rhevan’s surprise, rose petals lined the staircase, tea candles lit the way, and there were framed pictures, a videographer, champagne, and balloons that read, “Will you marry me?” Myles read letters—one to God and another to Rhevan—then they had a photo shoot and watched a heartfelt video with congratulations from friends and family.
Planner ILE Events beautifully showcased the lovely couple’s vision for their unique theme, and Wolf and Rose Photography captured each memorable moment. See all the details from their walk down the aisle!

We wanted to be sure to go in with a focus and mentality that would remind us to continue to pursue consistent growth and improvement. We also used purple in our wedding color pallete.
Honeymoon Destination: Greenough, Montana– an all-inclusive luxury resort called the Green O.
Briefly tell us about your wedding experience and how the both of you felt on your big day.
My favorite memory is getting an impromptu call from Myles first thing in the morning — it felt like puppy love all over again. We weren’t nervous, we were ready. Having Myles’ mom as our officiant and hearing her pour her heart out at the altar. Looking into Myles’ eyes at the altar while holding hands, both of us smiling and saying, “I do.” Having my great grandma Sarah there at the young age of 103, prepping her clothes for a picture, then realizing I was standing beside her. She looked up at me, smiled big, and said she knew that I was close. There are so many memories to favor!
Wedding song, and the significance of the song:
“At Last” by Etta James. The day after our first date he gave me a call. I was just waking up from a much-needed nap and vibing to my Motown hits station on Pandora while cleaning up. I sat down to take a break and as I did his FaceTime call lit up my phone as At last by Etta James began to play- it gave me chills. I’ve always had a strong relationship with God and always prayed that I would receive undeniable signs when it came to recognizing my husband. I chuckled, answered his call and still kept myself guarded. I thought to myself, “We’ll see.” The rest is history.
What are you most looking forward to as a married couple?
We look forward to building our legacy- that simple. God gave Myles a vision for us and we’re set on that. It’s personal and we’re going after it with the mamba mentality that we’ve emphasized throughout the theme of our wedding.
Congratulations to the happy couple! We wish them many years of wedded bliss.
