A Classic Chic Engagement Session at the Kreeger Museum in Washington, D.C.

Andrea and Julian first met in July of 2010 at a wedding. They lost touch after that summer, but as fate would have it, they reconnected via Instagram in August 2017. The timing was right, and the two became inseparable. After a romantic proposal, the couple decided to celebrate the next chapter of their relationship with a classy engagement session by Mesus Studios.

Engagement Story

It all took place at Andrea’s 30th birthday party. As the party went on, everyone was vibing and enjoying themselves. Unbeknownst to Andrea, Julian had a surprise up his sleeve, and everyone was in on it. Julian called Andrea to the middle of the party. Everyone surrounded them while Julian professed his love for Andrea. Soon after, he got down on one knee and asked her to be his forever. She tearfully said yes. The DJ went on to play Next’s “Wifey,” and everyone danced the night away.

What are you most looking forward to about your wedding?

We’re looking forward to celebrating our love with our family and friends. We feel like we were destined to be together, so finally making it official is so amazing and a true blessing from God.
