Lakiesha and Andre met at a local live entertainment event in the Bahamas. While Lakeisha and her friend were enjoying the performers on stage, Andre was admiring her off in the distance. There were raffle prizes being given out throughout the night, so Andre took a chance and decided to ask Lakiesha to give his raffle ticket a lucky rub. "Andre walked up to me and asked me to rub his ticket for good luck. I told him he was better off having me never touch his ticket because I had terrible luck when it came to raffles. We both laughed and started a conversation that lasted about ten minutes. He asked for my number and called me the very next morning," recalls Lakeisha. Lakeisha and Andre didn't go on their first date until almost 3 weeks after their chance meeting. However, the two have been together ever since.
